Spain has extended Morocco 950,000 Euro to support the anti-illiteracy strategy in northern Morocco
Morocco and Spain signed on Friday a partnership convention under which the Spanish agency of international cooperation will support with 950,000 Euro the Moroccan strategy meant to fight illiteracy through informal education.
The program will support capacity consolidation of literacy programs carried out by non-governmental organizations and improve the coordination, follow up and assessment performance of the Moroccan secretariat of state.
The budget will also serve to educate and help 5,000 children from the region to
integrate in schools
